Abstract

Different doses of tea saponin are added on the basis of dairy cow daily diet, and the influence on dairy cow milk production performance and milk quality from the tea saponin is inspected. The results show that when the adding amount of the tea saponin is 20-40 g / d, dairy cow milk production amount can be improved, the milk-fat content of cow milk is improved, the urea nitrogen content in cow milk is lowered, the saturated fatty acid content can be lowered obviously, and n-3 / n-6 fatty acid ratio is improved.
