Accordingly, the cooling liquid flowing out from the outlet of the pump passes the jacket and the first heat exchanger and then flows back to the inlet of the pump. The problems that electric power consumption of an automobile is increased and energy can not be saved easily when an existing automobile seat temperature adjusting device is used for heating a seat are solved.
