Abstract

A screening device of a sugarcane harvester comprises a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) is of a disc structure and is connected with an outlet of a sugarcane harvester body, sugarcanes are directly screened through the frame (1), multiple channels are formed in a disc, length detection modules (2) are arranged at the upper portions of channel inlets, weight monitoring modules (3) are arranged inside the delivery channels, relevant detection data are transmitted to a central control device (4), and the central control device (4) adjusts different delivery channels according to the lengths, weights and other data indexes of the sugarcanes to enable the sugarcanes to be distributed into different collecting devices (5). The screening device is provided with a prompting device (6), so that when internal functions of the frame (1) have abnormal situations, an operator is reminded in a sound prompting mode to timely perform shutdown and take other measures. A controlling-setting device (7) is connected and installed in the control chamber of the sugarcane harvester body, and the rotation speed of the disc are required to be consistent to the sugarcane output speed of the harvester body so as to ensure that the sugarcanes are completely fed into the disc structure for screening.
