Abstract

The device comprises a battery power supply unit, an attitude sensor, a cargo detection sensor set, a water falling detection sensor and an embedded microprocessor. When the embedded microprocessor is in an initial power-on state or does not receive a water falling state signal, a semiconductor switch is controlled to supply power to a radio frequency communication unit so that the device is enabled to be in a radio frequency communication mode, and all the acquired measuring signals are transmitted to a background monitoring center via the radio frequency communication unit; and when the water falling state signal is received, the semiconductor switch is controlled so that the device is enabled to be in an underwater acoustic communication mode, an underwater positioning signal is transmitted via an underwater acoustic signal transmit-receive interface circuit and an underwater acoustic energy converter, and underwater state information of a container is transmitted according to requirements.
