Abstract

The invention discloses a simulation test method of the air leakage of a piston. The simulation test method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: increasing pressure of hydraulic oil; changing the frequency of the hydraulic oil; introducing the hydraulic oil in a cylinder sleeve (1), in which the piston (2) is put, so that the piston (2) moves along the axis of the cylinder sleeve (1); putting the hydraulic oil in the cavity of the piston (2); and the hydraulic oil flowing out from the cavity of the piston (2), and measuring the flow of the hydraulic oil by using a flowmeter (3). By means of the simulation test method of the air leakage of the piston, the problems of being long in period, low in efficiency and the like in the process of testing the air leakage of the piston are effectively solved. The invention further discloses a simulation test device of the air leakage of the piston. The simulation test device disclosed by the invention is lower in cost and higher in efficiency and is beneficial to design optimization of the piston.
