Abstract

The invention discloses a mine working face simulation experimental device. The device comprises a simulate roadway, an underground simulate apparatus, a simulate dust source, a dust removing fan, a spraying water supply device, an air velocity sensor and a dust concentration sensor. The simulate roadway is adopted for the mine working face simulation experimental device, and the airflow, dust and spray conditions of the mine working face are simulated in the simulate roadway by use of the underground simulate apparatus, the simulate dust source, the dust removing fan and the spraying water supply device and then related data in the simulate roadway are measured by use of the air velocity sensor and the dust concentration sensor, and consequently, the rules of migration, coupling and settling of air, dust and fog in different ventilation modes are determined and the optical effects of dust removal by ventilation and spraying dust suppression of the mine working face are obtained so as to provide reliable technical support for scientifically and reasonably arranging ventilating and spraying dust suppression systems, determining the optimal spraying pressure, controlling the air velocity to realize the optimal spraying effect and detecting the dust suppression effect of the spraying device, and developing a high-efficiency nozzle.
