The system comprises a mine environmental wind tunnel, a gas-solid steady flow ventilation system, a dust generating system, a temperature and humidity regulating system, a PM2.5 sensing system and a signal acquisition and analysis system based on Labview. The invention further provides a coal mine underground PM2.5 concentration simulation detecting method. The system simulates a mine dust generating environment and can completely and accurately reflect the overall real-time multi-space dust conditions in the coal mine underground, so that the problems that underground operation and experiments are difficult, the mine surface environment is difficult to simulate, in this way, mine dust measuring methods and dust control technologies are difficult to study deeply are solved, and the system and method have important significance for obtaining of the main features of underground PM2.5 and the novel methods and novel technologies for obtaining and measuring the PM2.5 by utilizing the new features.
