Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that a synchronous circuit is used for synchronously matching original digital conversion signals output by the high-speed analog-digital converter with reference digital conversion signals output by a delta-sigma type analog-digital converter; by the adoption of the variable step size least mean square gradient search algorithm, a backward type all-pole lattice self-adapting filter is used for conducting error iteration on the synchronously-matched original digital conversion signals output by the high-speed analog-digital converter and the synchronously-matched reference digital conversion signals output by the reference delta-sigma type analog-digital converter, so that a coefficient matrix with the optimal weight is obtained; the backward type all-pole lattice self-adapting filter is used for conducting convolution on the original digital conversion signals and the coefficient matrix, so that calibrated digital signal codes are obtained.
