The method comprises the following steps that capability interaction is carried out between a first tele-presence endpoint and a second tele-presence endpoint, wherein a tele-presence endpoint capability set is carried in information for capacity interaction, and the tele-presence endpoint capability set comprises a tele-presence endpoint receiving capability set; and the first tele-presence endpoint opens a logical channel between the first tele-presence endpoint and the second tele-presence endpoint according to a result of capability interaction.
