Abstract

According to the method, an evacuation region is divided into a plurality of evacuation cells; then, emptier public regions in the evacuation cells are selected to be used as standby pick-up locations; the shortest walking distance from the mass center of each evacuation cell to each standby pick-up location in the evacuation cell is calculated; the standby pick-up location with the shortest walking distance in each cell is selected to be used as the emergency pick-up location of the cell; and evacuation pick-up location indicating sign boards, media and the like are matched for propagandizing the positions of the emergency pick-up locations and arriving methods to the masses in the evacuation cells. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the concentration speed of the masses during the emergency evacuation can be accelerated; the evacuation can be timely realized through passenger carrying by buses; and the generation of confusion conditions is prevented, so that the rescue is in time, and the loss is reduced.
