Abstract

The invention discloses a system for the on-line detection of winding deformation based on the overvoltage signal and response of a transformer, and belongs to the field of on-line monitoring of power equipment. The system comprises a coupling voltage-dividing unit, a signal collection unit, a signal processing unit, and a man-machine interface unit. The coupling voltage-dividing unit comprises a transformer overvoltage capacitive-coupling sensor, a voltage-divider low-voltage arm, and a voltage-divider matching part. The transformer overvoltage capacitive-coupling sensor is shaped like a band, and is tightly attached to a part, close to a flange, of an end screen of a transformer bushing in a winding mode. The voltage-divider low-voltage arm employs a plurality of capacitors of the same type, and the plurality of capacitors are arranged in a coaxial and symmetrical manner and are connected in series to form the voltage-divider low-voltage arm. The voltage-divider matching part employs a structure where the tail and head ends of coaxial cables are matched. The system can achieve the real-time detection of a transformer winding, can accurately judge the deformation condition, sends out early warning, and effectively guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of online monitoring of power equipment, and in particular relates to an online detection system for winding deformation based on a transformer overvoltage signal and response. Background technique [0002] Transformer is an important equipment in the power system. Its safe and stable operation is of great significance to ensure the safe, economic and reliable operation of the power system. Especially in my country, the power level is improved, the power consumption continues to increase, and the demand for power supply quality and reliability is increasing. In the context of growth, it is particularly prominent. According to the statistics of the maintenance of the transformer after the fault, the deformation of the transformer winding is very large in all faults. During transportation and operation of the transformer, due to mechanical and electrodynamic forces, its windings will undergo slight irreversible deformation, ...
