[0021] A coal combustion composite catalyst obtained by dissolving the following mass fractions of raw materials in 100 parts of water: 10 parts of nickel nitrate, 10 parts of basic nickel carbonate, 2 parts of fast penetrating agent T (quick T), nitrated rare earth, magnesium nitrate , 2 parts of ferric nitrate, 10 parts of phytic acid, and 15 parts of citric acid.

Abstract

The invention discloses a coal combustion composite catalyst which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of a high temperature cracking agent, 1-10 parts of a dispersion penetrating agent, 2-20 parts of a catalysis synergist, 5-15 parts of stabilizing agent phytic acid, 10-20 parts of a complexing agent and 100 parts of water in a dissolving and mixing, wherein the high temperature cracking agent is one or more of nickel nitrate, alkali nickel carbonate, ammonium molybdate and molybdenum trioxide; the dispersion penetrating agent is one or two of JFC and a rapid permeation agent T; the catalysis synergist is one or more of nitration rare earth, magnesium nitrate, ferric nitrate, cupric nitrate and cobalt nitrate; the complexing agent is one or two of citric acid and 2,6-dicarboxyl pyridine. When being used, the catalyst can be directly sprayed onto coal without any auxiliary operation, after the catalyst is used, the ignition point of the coal in combustion can be reduced, the combustion intensity of the coal is improved, the furnace performance is improved, the waste gas discharge is reduced, the application range is wide, and the catalyst is applicable to various conventional industrial and civil furnaces.
