Compared with the prior art, individual temperatures of the structure are determined through the sequence of individuals in a polyglutamine protein structure group, higher temperature is distributed to the inferior individuals so that the inferior individuals are more likely to change into the superior individuals, and meanwhile, by means of cooling factors, convergence speed is increased in a parallel mode.
