The film packaging machine is used for packaging packaging boxes into packaging bags and comprises a feeding mechanism, a box pushing mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a discharging mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism, the box pushing mechanism, the sealing mechanism and the discharging mechanism are sequentially arranged. The packaging boxes are guided into the film packaging machine from the feeding mechanism and pushed into the packaging bags through the box pushing mechanism, hot cutting sealing is carried out on the packaging boxes through the sealing mechanism, and the completely-packaged packaging boxes are guided out through the discharging mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the film packaging process further includes a bag making step and a corner tidying and cutting step. The film packaging machine is additionally provided with a bag making mechanism and a corner tidying and cutting mechanism, so that the positions of the packaging boxes in the packaging bags can be accurately controlled. Extending-out corners of the packaging bags in the natural states can be tidied to be straight through the corner tidying and cutting mechanism, then hot cutting and sewing are carried out on the side boundaries of the packaging boxes along the side boundaries, and therefore the whole packaging boxes are tidy and attractive.
