The medicament is prepared by using the steps: mixing 5,000 milliliter of water with 25g of Chinese chive seeds, 15g of platycodon grandiflorum, 30g of pine wood barks, 20g of corn stigma, 20g of raspberry, 20g of buchtorm libanotis roots, 30g of herba epimedii, 20g of common nepenthes, 15g of common nepenthes, 20g of prepared rehmannia roots, 20g of teasel roots, 10g of jasmine, 10g of folium isatidis, 20g of coix seeds, 10g of styrax obassia, 10g of picris hieracioides, 18g of adina racemosa roots, 15g of fructus forsythiae, 10g of all-grass of Anderson edelweiss, 20g of folium eriobotryae and 10g of moutan barks; putting into a sealed flask; heating for three hours under water bath at 80 DEG C; filtering and collecting filtering solutions; sterilizing to obtain the medicament.
