Particle matters in sewage are subjected to solid-liquid separation simply by an existing sewage treatment technique, and pollutants dissolved in the sewage cannot be removed and treated thoroughly. According to the invention, the pollutants dissolved in water in the oxidation tank are oxidized into water-fast substances, and the treatment effect is thorough.
