Embodiments of the invention provide a power supply circuit and a panel, comprising: a power supply module for supplying power for a distribution point; a switch module respectively connected with the power supply module, a terminal device and the distribution point, for communicating the distribution point with the terminal device when the distribution point does not need power supply, and for communicating the power supply module with the distribution points when the distribution point needs power supply; a control module connected with the power supply module, for controlling the switch module based on the electric signal outputted by the power supply module to carry out circuit switchover; an isolation module, which is respectively connected with the power supply module and the switch module, prevents the external service from being output to the power supply module, and prevents the voltage provided by the power supply module from being output to the terminal device; and a service passing-back module, which is respectively connected with the isolation module and the terminal device, wherein, when the distribution point needs power supply, the external service is output to the terminal device. Embodiments of the invention further provides a power supply panel, which can make sure normal and safe use of other terminal devices in the circuit based on whether self-adapting swiching the power supply circuit for power supply for the distribution point.
