Embodiments of the invention provide communication equipment, a baseband unit and a communication method. The equipment comprises the baseband unit, a medium radio frequency unit and double columns of crossed polarized antennas. The baseband unit is used for determining compensation coefficients corresponding to four transmitting channels respectively, determining a feeder cable compensation phase according to a received uplink detection signal of UE (user equipment), generating four paths of baseband signals according to m paths of signals in one-to-one correspondence to m logic ports, correcting the four paths of baseband signals according to the compensation coefficients corresponding to the four transmitting channels respectively and the feeder cable compensation phase, and sending the four paths of corrected baseband signals to the medium radio frequency unit. The medium radio frequency unit is used for sending the four paths of corrected baseband signals to the UE through the four transmitting channels and the double columns of crossed polarized antennas. In the embodiments of the invention, the feeder cable compensation phase is determined according to the uplink detection signal of the UE, and the four paths of baseband signals are corrected according to the compensation coefficients of the four transmitting channels and the feeder cable compensation phase, so that the phase of each path of transmitting signals can be accurately controlled.
