The starting and the stopping are controlled by electric contact vacuum meters, and the vacuum degree provided by the vacuum providing device is stabilized on a certain preset value by adjusting lower-limit vacuum pressure control parameters of the electric contact vacuum meters. The low-vacuum providing device is especially provided with an air-leakage protection electromagnetic switch, and the vacuum pump is connected with the vacuum tank by a pipeline. The whole structure of the frequency-conversion control adjustable vacuum device comprises five parts: (1) the vacuum pump; (2) the electric contact vacuum meters controlled by the vacuum pump; (3) the vacuum tank; (4) the electric contact vacuum meter controlled by the air-leakage protection electromagnetic valve; (5) the air-leakage protection electromagnetic valve.
