The rotary valve type membrane carburetor is characterized in that a deepening staring device is included, the deepening staring device comprises a rocker arm, a rotating shaft and a rocker arm torsional spring, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in boss hole formed in one side of a fixing plate, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the rocker arm, the rotating shaft is returned through the rocker arm torsional spring after the rotating shaft rotates, the head portion of the rotating shaft is horizontally arranged below a swing frame, and the head portion of the rotating shaft is provided with a high spot and a low spot in the circumferential direction; when a motor is in a stage of igniting and starting and the swing frame is located at the lower limit position, after the rotating shaft rotates, the high spot of the head portion of the rotating shaft drives the swing frame, a plunger and an oil needle to move upwards simultaneously, wherein the plunger and the oil needle are connected with the swing frame.
