Abstract

The invention discloses a broadband circularly-polarized slot antenna applied to a radio frequency identification system. The broadband circularly-polarized slot antenna comprises a metal substrate, a metal grounding plate, coplanar waveguide transmission wires and an SMA connector, wherein the metal grounding plate covers the metal substrate; the SMA connector is arranged on one side of the metal grounding plate; an I-shaped chamfer is arranged on the left lower corner of the metal grounding plate; a U-shaped micro-strip gap is opened in the middle of the metal grounding plate; the lower part of the U-shaped micro-strip gap is connected with the two coplanar waveguide transmission wires; a metal strip of the metal grounding plate is reserved between the two coplanar waveguide transmission wires; one end of the metal strip is connected with the SMA connector.
