The method comprises the following steps: an acceleration signal at a base of the power plant is collected, and whether the system is impacted is judged; when the value of the acceleration of the base exceeds a set threshold value, an impact active control module is entered; the input acceleration signal and a signal of the rate of change of the acceleration are fuzzified; according to the obtained result, by searching a fuzzy control rule table, a fuzzy output value of a control signal is obtained; a defuzzification interface is completed by using a triangular membership function of the control signal, and an impact control signal is obtained; the impact control signal is input into an active vibration absorber after being subjected to power amplification by a power amplifier, and when the value of the acceleration of the base and the rate of change of the acceleration are both less than set threshold values, the impact response is ended.
