Abstract

The invention discloses a rotary shaft device of an integrated thin-wall pipe pneumatic clamping mechanism. The rotary shaft device is of a structure which is hollow inside, so as to realize pipe conveying and wet cutting operation. The rotary shaft device comprises a rotary shaft outer shell module, a tension rod module and a chuck module; the rotary shaft outer shell module is provided with an installation base so that the rotary shaft device can be arranged and fixed on a linear shaft platform, wherein the initial positioning of the rotary shaft device is realized through a positioning pin; the tension rod module comprises a tension rod, a pipe and a direct-driven motor, wherein the tension rod is formed by a hollow thin-wall seamless pipe; the inner diameter of the tension rod is more than the outer diameter of the pipe so as to contain the pipe to be processed; the tension rod is fixedly coupled on the rotor of the direct-driven motor; and the chuck module is used for assisting the tension rod module in clamping and loosening the pipe, wherein the chuck module is designed into a maze-type seal form.
