Abstract

The invention discloses a communication delay-based hierarchical organization system. The communication delay-based hierarchical organization system comprises an initial module, a response module, a feedback module and a grouping module, wherein the initial module is used for transmitting an initial command; the response module is used for generating a response signal according to the initial command, and transmitting the response signal in a broadcasting way; the feedback module is used for generating a corresponding feedback signal according to the response signal; and the grouping module is used for dividing communication node groups of delay time in a specified interval according to the time delay between the time when the response module transmits the response signal in the broadcasting way and the time when the feedback signal is received. The invention also provides a communication delay-based hierarchical organization method. By the communication delay-based hierarchical organization system and the communication delay-based hierarchical organization method, a user can perform corresponding selection according to the requirement on network deployment conveniently, the communication resources can be saved, and the network congestion can be reduced by performing matrix grouping on a communication delay situation among all nodes in a network and dividing corresponding node hierarchies according to the length of communication time delay.
