Abstract

The sampling method comprises the steps that a round-bottom flask is weighed; matrix asphalt is added to the round-bottom flask; activated normal heptane is added to the round-bottom flask; heating and mixing are conducted to allow the matrix asphalt to be sufficiently dissolved in activated normal heptane; the matrix asphalt is boiled, transferred to a dark place for standing, and filtered with filter paper to form a filtrate; the filtrate is subjected to constant volume with activated normal heptane; a plurality of parts of isometric filtrate subjected to the constant volume are measured; reduced pressure distillation is conducted for removing activated normal heptane; and then corresponding parts of asphaltene-free asphalt samples are obtained. The sampling method solves the problems that the sampling is inaccurate in the existing asphalt component separation sampling, and the aging is caused by repetitive heating of the asphalt.
