The turbine shell location degree detection tool is characterized by comprising a limit structure and a location degree detection structure, and the limit structure and the location degree detection structure are arranged perpendicular to the bottom plate. The location degree detection structure comprises a measurement seat, a rough locator, adjusting screws and a dial gauge measurement body. The measurement seat is perpendicularly arranged on the bottom plate through a bolt, and two detection through holes are horizontally formed in the measurement seat, and two detection through holes are longitudinally formed in the measurement seat.
