[0021] 1. Preparation of zirconia sol

[0022] 6.44g zirconium oxychloride, 60.1g isopropanol, 2.4g acetylacetone, nitrogen protection, temperature 80°C, stirring reaction for 6h. Then slowly add hydrogen peroxide dropwise until the reaction solution is a light yellow transparent liquid (about 6-7g of hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 25%). Finally, it was statically aged for 15 days at a temperature of 30°C to obtain a zirconia sol.

[0023] 2. Electrospinning

Embodiment 1

[0025] Dissolve 5g of poly-L-lactic acid in 20g of chloroform, stir with magnetic force, then add 0.5g of zirconia sol, stir and mix thoroughly, electrospinning, voltage 20kV, pole distance 10cm, room temperature.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Dissolve 5g of poly-L-lactic acid in 20g of chloroform, stir with magnetic force, then add 0.5g of zirconia sol, stir and mix thoroughly, electrospinning, voltage 18kV, pole distance 10cm, room temperature.

Abstract

A poly L lactic acid / zirconium dioxide organic and inorganic hybridization fiber is prepared by a spinning solution through electrostatic spinning. The spinning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of poly L lactic acid, 300-400 parts of phase solvent, and 10-50 parts of zirconium dioxide sol. The zirconium dioxide sol is prepared by zirconium oxychloride, isopropyl alcohol and acetylacetone through a sol-gel method. The poly L lactic acid, the zirconium dioxide sol and the phase solvent are mixed uniformly in a proportion to prepare the spinning solution, and the poly L lactic acid / zirconium dioxide organic and inorganic hybridization fiber is prepared through the electrostatic spinning under the condition of 18-25KV voltage and 8-12cm polar distance and at the room temperature.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a functional fiber and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a poly-L lactic acid / zirconia organic-inorganic hybrid fiber and a preparation method thereof. 2. Background technology [0002] Poly-L-lactic acid is a synthetic aliphatic polyester with good biocompatibility and biodegradability. It has been widely used in the fields of medicine, textile, agriculture and packaging, such as drug controlled release system, orthopedic tissue engineering materials , Absorbable surgical sutures, etc. [0003] Poly L-lactic acid fiber has been successfully researched and developed by Shimadzu and Zhongbo in Japan in 1992, and its trade name is Lactron. The physical properties of poly-L lactic acid fiber are similar to those of polyester. It has high heat resistance and strength, and its elastic recovery, curl retention and wrinkle resistance are all good. It is a widely used degradable fiber at present. However, poly-L-lacti...
