Abstract

The invention relates to a method for selecting and ordering images according to user feedback, and belongs to the technical field of network image search. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out statistics on browsing information (including browsing time, downloading times and user scores) that a user browses each image; weighting by using the information and scoring and classifying the browsed images; extracting a preference image characteristic set of each user to be trained; comparing a tested image set calibration result obtained from the training by using different characteristic combinations with a manual calibration result; and selecting a characteristic set which best fits for the image set, so that the representation of the image set well fits for a user preference. The method has the characteristics of simultaneously considering the image universality and the user individual preference; the overall image ordering can be provided in the image search, and an individual search result also can be provided for an individual user; and the method has good learning capability, so that the results fed back to the user can be adjusted constantly according to feedback information.
