Abstract

The invention relates to an ECL (electrogenerated chemiluminescence) analysis and detecting method capable of resisting adsorption and pollution interferences of electrodes, which belongs to the field of analysis and testing. The invention is mainly designed for solving the problem that an electrode involving ECL analysis and detection is extremely easy to be adsorbed and polluted by organic substances generated through electrolyzation, and then the reliability of analysis the detection is affected. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: attaching an ultrasonic transducer to any selected position on the side face of an electrolytic tank or at the bottom of the electrolytic tank; connecting the ultrasonic transducer with a high-frequency oscillating electric-signal generator; and switching on a power supply of the high-frequency oscillating electric-signal generator. The method disclosed by the invention also comprises a step of adjusting the ultrasonic frequency within a range of 80 kHZ-12 MHz. According to the invention, an adsorption and pollution process on an electrode is curbed by using ultrasonic waves which are extremely low in power, weak even ignorable in ultrasonic-cavitation destructive effect and extremely high in frequency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electrochemiluminescence analysis and detection method capable of resisting the interference of electrode adsorption pollution, and belongs to the field of analysis and testing. Background technique [0002] For professionals in the field of analytical chemistry, the technical meaning of the term electrochemiluminescence is well known and will not be repeated here. [0003] The working electrode and the counter electrode, that is, the auxiliary electrode, in the device involved in electrochemiluminescence detection are very susceptible to adsorption pollution of organic substances produced by electrolysis, especially when a glassy carbon electrode is used as the working electrode, the adsorption pollution is even more serious. If it is serious, the adsorption pollution will lead to the rapid attenuation of the performance of the working electrode and the auxiliary electrode; therefore, how to effectively and instantly clean ...
