Embodiment Construction

[0016] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented in many different ways defined and covered by the claims.

[0017] see figure 1 , the gas turbine generator set (especially the QDR20 gas turbine generator set includes a main engine room 1, and the main engine room 1 includes a plurality of sensors for detecting signals, such as: temperature sensor 11, pressure sensor 13, rotational speed sensor 15, valve position control sensor 17 and Feedback sensors 19 are respectively used to detect temperature signals, pressure signals, rotational speed signals, valve position control signals and feedback signals of the main engine room 1. The signals detected by the sensors need to be transmitted to the control cabinet 7 for monitoring through multiple signal cables.

Abstract

The invention provides a wiring structure for shielding layers of a generating set. The generating set comprises a primary machine room, a control cabinet and a transfer box, wherein the control cabinet is connected to the primary machine room through a plurality of signal cables; and the transfer box is arranged between the primary machine room and the control cabinet. The signal cables comprise a plurality of first signal cables and a plurality of second signal cables. The primary machine room is connected with the transfer box through the first signal cables. The transfer box is connected with the control cabinet through the second signal cables. The plurality of first signal cables are connected with the plurality of second signal cables through the transfer box in a one-to-one correspondence way. A shielding layer of each first signal cable is connected with a shielding layer of a corresponding signal cable through the transfer box. The shielding layer of each second signal cable is grounded. By the wiring structure for the shielding layers of the generating set, the shielding layers of the signal cables of the same signal are consecutive, so that the effects of avoiding interference among signals and reducing difficulty in troubleshooting can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aviation generators, in particular to a wiring structure of a shielding layer of a gas turbine generator set. Background technique [0002] The multiple signals generated by the main engine room of the QDR20 gas turbine generating set mainly use multiple signal cables to transmit the signals one-to-one to the integrated control cabinet. A transfer box is provided between the main machine room and the integrated control cabinet. Therefore, the signal cables are separated by the junction box, thereby forming the first signal cable and the second signal cable. [0003] Both ends of the first signal cable are respectively connected to the sensor in the main machine room and the connecting terminal of the transfer box. Both ends of the second signal cable are respectively connected to the corresponding connection terminals of the transfer box and the integrated control cabinet. The shielding layers of the multiple fi...
