Abstract
The invention discloses a method for detecting orthodontic tooth root resorption. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) extracting a gingival crevicular fluid (GCF), (2) measuring weight of the gingival crevicular fluid, (3) extracting proteins, (4) performing SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis on the proteins, (5) performing protein fingerprint, and (6) processing data, calculating the enzyme content per unit weight of gingival crevicular fluid according to the measured weight of the gingival crevicular fluid, and performing statistical analysis on GCF weight and enzyme content by using SPSS 11.0 statistical package. The method can be applied to evaluate and screen the populations susceptible to dental root resorption, evaluate pathogenesis of dental root resorption before orthodontic treatment, and dynamically monitor progress and outcome of dental root resorption in orthodontic treatment, so as to take effective measures for preventing incidence and progress of dental root resorption.
Description
Technical field [0001] The present invention provides a method of detecting orthodontics. Background technique [0002] The incidence of orthodontic tooth root absorption is high. Severe roots absorption can cause the tip of the tooth to become uncomfortable and short -term, which causes the teeth to be disordered, loose teeth, and even fall off.At present, there is no effective treatment for dental roots absorption. It can only prevent further development through early detection and removing the cause. The protein cracking enzyme participating in the degradation of the extracellular matrix of various tissues, including the bone, and the gingival gums are the osmotic liquid in the gingival gums.EssenceBy detecting changes in certain substances in the gingival sulcus, diagnosis of diseases, monitoring the course of the disease, and understanding of the treatment effect have been widely used by dentist physicians. Invention content [0003] In response to the existing technologies,...
