Problems solved by technology

If the OID code is directly printed on the existing textile, there will inevitably be many identification points that cannot be printed on the textile because they are located on the pores, resulting in a large number of identification points missing, resulting in no recognition, or identification errors

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0029] In the embodiment of the present invention, by adding a bottom layer of a dense film structure between the information layer and the porous fabric, the problem of incomplete printing of the marking units of the information layer can be avoided.

[0030] Please also refer to figure 1 and figure 2 , is the porous fabric 100 of the first embodiment provided by the present invention. The porous fabric 100 includes a substrate 10 , a bottom layer 20 and an inf...

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a porous textile, which comprises a substrate made of a porous textile. The porous textile further comprises a bottom layer and an information layer, wherein the bottom layer is directly formed on the substrate; the information layer is formed on the bottom layer, and comprise a machine-recognizable pattern; the machine-recognizable pattern is formed by arranging a plurality of identification units; the bottom layer is made of a dense film; and the size of a hole on the bottom layer is smaller than that of each identification unit. In the invention, the bottom layer having a dense film structure is formed between the information layer and porous textile, so that the problem of incomplete printing of identification units of the information layer can be avoided. Moreover, the invention further provides a printing method for the porous textile.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to printing technology, in particular to a porous fabric and its printing method. Background technique [0002] With the development of electronic technology, many audiobooks have appeared in the market. One of the audiobooks is to print a specific coded miniature invisible optical identification code (OID code) on the traditional common reading material, and to read the OID code on the reading material through the OID code point reading device to realize the sound. [0003] Some manufacturers hope to add OID codes to the animal patterns or characters of children's clothes, and then read and sound through the OID code point reading device to increase the interest of children's clothes. But because textiles are not as smooth and dense as paper, there are many pores. And each OID code is made up of many marking points whose size is far smaller than the pores of textiles. If the OID code is directly printed on the existing textile...
