Problems solved by technology

Existing research on multi-objective optimization scheduling in the literature only obtains a Pareto non-inferior solution set, and decision makers often make the final decision based on experience. Such a decision-making method has too many subjective preferences and lacks scientific basis.

Embodiment Construction

[0054] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described in detail below.

[0055] like figure 1 As shown, the flow of a multi-objective scheduling decision-making method for a reconfigurable assembly line of the present invention is:

[0056] 1) Construct the index eigenvalue matrix of the multi-objective scheduling decision of the reconfigurable assembly line;

[0057] 2) Construct a normalized decision matrix X=(x ij ) m×n ;

[0058] 3) obtain the gray correlation coefficient of the ideal reference vector of described normalization decision matrix;

[0059]4) using entropy to obtain the objective weight of the normalized decision matrix;

[0060] 5) Utilize AHP to obtain the subjective weight of described normalization decision-making matrix;

[0061] 6) constructing a nonlinear target programming model to obtain the combined weight of the objective weight described in step 4) and the subjective weight described in step 5);

Abstract

The invention discloses a reconfigurable assembly line multi-target scheduling decision method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) constructing an index feature value matrix of a reconfigurable assembly line multi-target scheduling decision; 2) constructing a standardized decision matrix of the reconfigurable assembly line multi-target scheduling decision; 3) computing a grey relational coefficient of a desired reference vector; 4) computing an objective weight through entropy; 5) computing a subjective weight through an AHP (analytic hierarchy process); 6) constructing a non-linear target programming model to compute the combined weight of the objective weight obtained in the step 4) and the subjective weight obtained in the step 5); 7) computing a desired reference vector relevancy according to the combined weight obtained in the step 6) and the grey relevancy coefficient obtained in the step 3); 8) making out the approach degree of a constructed vector and a positive desired reference vector according to the desired reference vector relevancy obtained in the step 7) and the standardized decision matrix obtained in the step 2); 9) selecting a decision scheme with the maximal approach degree as the optimal decision scheme. By using the approach degree as the judgment basis of the decision scheme, the evaluation result is more reliable and credible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a multi-objective scheduling optimization decision-making method, which belongs to the field of multi-objective scheduling and optimal decision-making. Background technique [0002] A reconfigurable assembly line is an assembly line that has two functions: actively adapting to changes in the external environment and passively responding to internal disturbances in the system. Its functions and assembly capabilities can adapt to changes in product varieties or changes in market demand. The reconfigurable assembly line with mixed-flow production makes it possible to produce multiple varieties and variable batches. In order to effectively use it, the decision-making problem of multi-objective optimal scheduling of multi-model mixed-flow assembly of the reconfigurable assembly line must be solved. Due to the multi-objective decision-making problem Complexity, there is no optimal solution in the usual sense, but a Pareto solution s...
