The method comprises the following steps of: harvesting in the fructicative period of alhagi sparsifolia and the initial blooming period of alfalfa; cutting up the two kinds of fresh forage; uniformly mixing 30-70 percent by weight of alhagi sparsifolia and 30-70 percent by weight of alfalfa; filling, compressing and sealing; and fermenting and storing at normal temperature.
