The oral Chinese medicinal liquor is characterized in that active ingredients are prepared from the following Chinese herbal medicines in part by weight: 100 to 200g of obscured homalomena rhizome, 100 to 200g of cortex illicii, 50 to 150g of ginseng, 100 to 200g of ephedra herb, 100 to 200g of sweet basil, 50 to 150g of rhubarb, 50 to 150g of Chinese wolfberry, 50 to 130g of cicada slough, 100 to 200g of twotooth achyranthes root, 50 to 150g of red sage root, 30 to 90g of liquoric root, 30 to 90g of tea, and 250 to 350ml of yellow wine.
