The method comprises the following steps of: (S1) determining line data, train data and signal system data and dividing a line into a plurality of intervals; (S2) simulating various tracking conditions in the running of trains according to the data and recording the time of all trains of clearing timing points to obtain the running time of the trains between the timing points; (S3) calculating outlet section traveling intervals under different tracking conditions according to a simulating result, calculating a final outlet section traveling interval according to the outlet section traveling intervals to obtain the outlet / inlet section line capacity of the trains, the reserved capacity and a station stopping time maximum value; and comparing the obtained parameters with running requirements as well as analyzing, and outputting a final analysis result.
