A ring-shaped hollow floater is sleeved on a net cage, the inner ring part of the ring-shaped hollow floater is provided with a [-shaped groove, a strip brush with an E-shaped section of a soleplate is inlaid into the groove to enable the strip brush and the groove to become a part, i.e. the ring-shaped hollow floater net brush, the inner ring part of the ring-shaped hollow floater is provided with four uniformly distributed round holes which are respectively tied to four pull ropes so as to be connected with positioning rise-stopping rings, and the lower surfaces of the positioning rise-stopping rings are connected with a hung object to from a device through hanging ropes. The up-and-down motion for the net cage can be realized by the ring-shaped hollow floater net brush by means of the change of tides and the up-and-down fluctuation of waves to achieve the purpose of washing the net cage.
