The method is characterized in that the description method uses the scripts as carriers and follows the following XATEL grammars: a test process grammar that describes a test method and parameters, which are used in an automatic test process, and is used in a control tester to perform an automatic test; a result data grammar which describes automatic test result data and intermediate state information in the test process and is used in the tester for feeding back information in and after the test process; and an expression grammar which describes dynamic data algorithms uses in the test.
