The huller comprises a stand, wherein the upper part of the stand is provided with a conveying chain feeding along the horizontal direction, and the lower part is provided with a cleaning blower; a rotary hulling device is mounted in the middle of the conveying chain which is arranged at one side of the stand and forms a clamping conveying mechanism with a clamping splint arranged on the conveying chain; the hulling device comprises at least one upper hulling roller and one lower hulling roller which are arranged at the inner side of the clamping conveying mechanism; a roller shaft of the hulling rollers is provided with flexible hulling gears which are distributed at intervals and radially extend, an included angle is formed between the axis of the roller shaft and the conveying direction, and the flexible hulling gears of the upper hulling roller and the lower hulling roller are mutually staggered.
