Abstract

The pull rod is fixed with a heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder through a lockpin; a control system and a pressure compensation device are arranged in the heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder; a hanger bearing, the heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder, a ball valve body and a temperature pressure recorder are connected together; a core cutting mechanism is arranged in the sample protecting cylinder; the sample protecting cylinder and the piston are arranged in the heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder; and a sampling drill bit and a shell are connected through threads. The whole device is arranged on the shell of the device through the locking mechanism; the shell is connected with a drilling tool to transmit torque and support weight of internal devices. When the device carries out sample boring operation, fluid fed by a pump on the ground flushes a borehole, and cleans the sampling drill bit; the shell rotates along with a drilling tool, while the heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder and a sample protecting pipe do not rotate; the heat-insulation pressure-maintenance cylinder is retracted by a rope, so that time of the rock sample to the ground is shortened, thereby facilitating heat insulation and pressure maintenance of the rock sample.
