The embodiment of the invention can realize the automatic recovery of dynamic configurations of network facilities, decrease amount of hand operations and reduce loads of network administration; at the same time, the embodiment of the invention only finds out and restores the differences between present configurations and default ones and restores the configurations adopting the methods and ways of configuration modification, thus being capable of reducing the operation complexity and increasing the reliability. During the process of restoring dynamic configurations of network facilities to defaults, the network facilities do not need to be reset and the normal business, except the business related to the configurations to be restored, does not need to be interrupted.
