Abstract

The invention provides a switching method for realizing quick combined access point switching in a mobile relay station and a mobile terminal thereof in a wide band radio access network. The mobile terminal is accessed through the mobile relay station, the method comprises following steps: a) the mobile terminal is switched to access through a middle access point; b) the mobile relay station is switched to access from a source access point to a target access point; c) the mobile terminal is switched to access from the middle access point to the mobile relay station.
