Benefits of technology

The patent is for a pillow that can be placed between a woman's breasts while sleeping. It has a rounded top, middle, and bottom portions, and is made with a fabric material that is filled with a stuffing material. This pillow is designed to provide support and comfort while sleeping and to help prevent wrinkles. Its unique shape and breathable fabric make it a great choice for breastfeeding and formula feeding moms.

Problems solved by technology

In particular, women who side sleep have increased discomfort as a result of the lack of support of the top breast, as discussed later.
Thus there remains an unmet need for adequate breast support for females.
While the use of these wrinkle prevention and removal techniques have been widely accepted, they are often costly or require a regular trip to a practitioner.
Depending on the size of the woman's breast this position may cause increased discomfort because of the lack of support.
Additionally, this increased stress of the breast skin may result in a stretched skin and / or cause increase or make more visible wrinkles.
With larger breasts, additional stresses cause such discomfort and wrinkles.
Other solutions include devices which require the use of bra-like straps to hold a piece of cloth or thin padding in place, however these attempted solutions do not provide support and often place unneeded stress on the sternum and cut-lines into the breast.
In addition, most women find it highly uncomfortable to sleep with bra straps.
Other solutions replace the bra straps in exchange for tight and / or restrictive clothing which again causes discomfort and doesn't solve the problem of cut lines and breast support for larger breasts.
This class of attempted solutions is made of a hard, uncomfortable material, subjecting the user to a constant pressure against the sternum, which can result in a sore painful feeling while wearing the device and for a time period after removal.
Addition of fabric to the exterior of the rigid cylinders do not relieve the user of these problems.
No breast support pillow exists to solve these unmet needs.

[0024]A breast support device of FIG. 1 through FIG. 3 is created to provide an easily machine washable, support device for the breasts, that provides breast support to a woman's breasts. A 100 rounded upper portion, a 200 concave like inner portion, and a 300 rounded lower portion provide support for the breast while preventing wrinkles from forming in the chest cleavage area. The inventive pillow is placed between the breast of the user and adjusted to fit against the sternum. The pillow in this position provides support to the breasts of the user. When sleeping at night, the pillow provides support while preventing stretching of the skin and sagging of the breasts of the user, thus potentially reducing accelerated ageing of the skin in the breast area.
