It not only utilizes the unique eye-controlled method, but also avoids contacting with the user's eyes or skin. It is suitable for the disabled persons or the elderly so that they can drive a powered vehicle easily. The system mainly includes a display device, an eye-tracking device, a calculating device, a controller and a powered vehicle. This system can effectively capture the image around the user's eye and then precisely determine the pupil center. Based on the position of the pupil center, the power vehicle can be controlled.
