Abstract

The trauma tourniquet includes silicon rubber ring, elastic bandage and nylon belts. The bracelet-shaped silicon rubber ring has high elasticity and is connected to and wound into the elastic bandage like a stocking. The elastic bandage made of spandex wound with cotton has the upper end connected to the silicon rubber ring. Each of two nylon belts has two ends fixed outside the upper end of the elastic bandage and is coated with transparent plastic hose. The elastic bandage and the nylon belts are used to draw the silicon rubber ring from far end of limbs to the near end to reach the aim of efflux and stopping bleeding.
