And abnormal users in the time period are screened out according to the correlation coefficient, the electric quantity stealing proportion fluctuation and the electric quantity synchronous fluctuation frequency. According to the invention, the intelligent early warning model with high accuracy and wide range of electricity stealing clue identification is provided by using the relationship between different electricity stealing types and line loss from the correlation analysis of the electricity consumption of the user and the loss electric quantity fluctuation of the line, and the anti-electricity stealing clue identification level is improved.
