Abstract

The invention provides a bone age instrument auxiliary positioning method and a bone age instrument auxiliary positioning device based on a posture estimation network, and provides a method and a device for assisting and guiding a bone age subject to realize standard positioning based on a posture estimation technology. According to the bone age instrument, an auxiliary positioning network (PAN for short), a wrist posture analysis module (HWPAM) and a user interaction interface are designed, and the auxiliary positioning function of the bone age instrument is achieved. According to the invention, interactive auxiliary positioning without mechanical contact can be realized, the standardization of bone age shooting of teenagers and children is improved, and then the accuracy of bone age evaluation is improved. According to the invention, the workload of a shooting technician is reduced, and repeated X-ray radiation damage caused by poor positioning is effectively avoided.
