Top plate cracking and drilling are upwards constructed in a mining roadway of the thin coal seam to crack the upper part of the coal seam group and thick hard rock layers among the coal seam groups, and pressure relief and extraction integrated holes are downwards constructed to crack and relieve the pressure of the coal seam of the next layer and pre-extract gas. The thin coal seam adopts a spiral drilling and mining process, so that the danger caused by rock burst is greatly reduced, and a rock burst buffer layer is formed by blasting coal pillars through directional blasting and drilling after spiral drilling and mining.
