The invention discloses compound essential oil with health care and conditioning effects. The oil comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-15 parts of cyclomethyl silicone oil, 40-60 parts of caprylic / capric triglyceride, 5-15 parts of lavender oil, 5-15 parts of geranium oil, 1-5 parts of raw ginger oil, 1-5 parts of cananga odorata oil, 1-5 parts of chamomilla oil, 1-5 parts of teatree oil and 1-5 parts of wormwood oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a stock solution, namely adding the lavender oil, the geranium oil, the raw ginger oil, thecananga odorata oil, the chamomilla oil, the tea tree oil and the wormwood oil into a stirring cylinder, and uniformly performing stirring at normal temperature to obtain the stock solution; and (2)preparing a finished product, namely slowly adding cyclomethyl silicone oil and caprylic / capric triglyceride into the stirring cylinder, and uniformly performing stirring to obtain the finished product.
