The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-displayed static picture; obtaining adynamic display parameter, wherein the dynamic display parameter is used for representing dynamic transformation performed on the to-be-displayed static picture; according to the to-be-displayed static picture and the dynamic display parameter, determining a dynamic picture set, wherein the dynamic picture set comprises the to-be-displayed static picture and at least one transition state picture,and the at least one transition state picture is determined according to the to-be-displayed static picture and the dynamic display parameter; and circularly playing the pictures in the dynamic graphset in a preset period. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dynamic effect can be realized by only loading one static picture, so that the webpage loading speed isincreased, and the user experience is improved.
